asian shrimp stir fry

here is another recipe for shrimp and vegetables.  in this one, i used a very light batter on the shrimp and then removed them from the skillet.

next, i sauteed the vegetables for the dish, which were carrots, scallions, and red pepper.  other options would be green or yellow pepper, mushrooms and any variety of onions.

the shrimp are very flavorful and are cooked with plum sauce at the finish.  very tasty and a wonderful substitute for a night out at a Chinese restaurant.
